Low Green Needs With NO Moodlets

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? From what I can tell, just on one file. (I haven't checked my others yet, but I will comment below if it happens across multiple.)
What is your current game version number? The most updated Sims 4 version, and I keep it well updated. I also don't know where to look for the exact number.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I only have Get Famous, Bust the Dust, Laundry Day, Romantic Garden, Home Chef Hustle, Fitness Stuff Pack, and Vampires.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just noticed odd things happening with the game. And to make sure it wasn't something small, I restarted my game multiple times and I also restarted my computer and, yes, I still have this bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Needs go down still, but stay green with no moodlet. I've had a smaller version of this bug where it messed with the color of the needs, but I haven't had it unfixable on my end or have it produce no moodlets. The moodlets make the game the game and why I play it, so with this bug it isn't as enjoyable. This seems like a simple bug and I would love to see it fixed.
What do you expect to see? I just see only green for any position, good or bad, for the needs. I'm also not sure what this question means at all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I do have plenty of both. I mainly use Curseforge, which does have problems with keeping updated versions for mods and CC on both their app and their website, but I have reached out to them on their respective forum for that separate issue. For me, due to my personal preferences and other reasons, mods and CC are needed for me to play the game at all for me to enjoy it properly. While I wait for Curseforge to do something on their end, I will take some of my bigger, more game-changing mods off their app and have it be manually installed instead.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not that I can tell. I regularly update my mods on the Curseforge app and the Base Game and the add-ons I have on EA of course. And I manually check-in and update a few others. It just happened out of the blue from what I can tell.
Please describe the patch or change you made. Not really applicable, but I do have Last Exceptions once in a blue moon, both before and after this bug/issue popped up. In game, they don't really do anything maybe reset my sim but nothing any more serious than that. For me sadly Last Exceptions are kinda my normal.
