Main Menu, the VIEW for Packs etc is Broken

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? it's literally on the opening page where you have Resume, Play Scenario, Load Game, et cetera. When I try to click on Packs and Kits (top lefthand corner choices) and try to click VIEW on ANY of the packs, NONE of them open. I've opened and closed the game half a dozen times, it's completely up to date as far as I know, but I cannot view anything and cannot buy anything.
What happens when the bug occurs? Absolutely nothing, which is the bug. I click VIEW on the various expansions, game packs, kits, etc, and it does not matter if I own them or not. They do nothing. I cannot open anything. I cannot buy anything. I CAN play the game, but when I return to the main menu, I cannot access any of the game packs for viewing, and not at all for purchasing.
What do you expect to see? I expect to VIEW the various Sims 4 game packs, kits, etc. I expect to be able to buy them. Nothing is happening.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. There was a new patch very recently, but I had not tried to access and play the game until now.
I did discover that I CAN access the purchasing and viewing areas via the "bundle" option (uppermost left option window above all the expansions, etc), but that is NOT what I wanted to do. As far as i can tell, on the Main Menu page, the VIEW option is completely broken on the version that got updated on my computer, and the Bundle & Save option is very awkward to use. It will discourage a lot of players from wanting to browse & possibly buy, because they cannot browse.
