Main sim logs in, but not found, other sim needs to summon to site

Not sure why, and I couldn't find it via search...but every time I log in to my main sim, wherever he is, either the world is up in the air floating, or the cursor is focused over a spot that isnt wh...

@traney1 Could you add some pictures of what you mean by the world is up in the air ?

Are you using other mods/cc than MCCC and if so, have you tested without them ?

I def will. The only thing holding me back is the fact that I log in, and 9 times out of 10...I'm met with 16 FPS..so I relog, then reboot...its hit or miss when I can maintain 50+ FPS....this should NOT be happening with a game as old as this one...and graphics that are not in the realm of Red Dead Redemption, ESO, etc...
