Making 1 grilled cheese sandwich costs 10 cheese and bread?

My Grilled Cheese Sandwich(GCS) lover sim bought 10 wheels of cheese and 10 loaves of milk bread and made one dish of delicious GSC. At that time, an unbelievable tragedy happened. Each and every wheels and loaves down from 8 to 7 dishes left. 1 GCS has just costed 10 GCS. I'm sure that if you stack any kind of muti-portion ingredient more than two in your sims' inventory or fridge, your sims use all of each stacked ones at once. I think it is one of the moust serious problem in the entire Simnation. It is total waste of food and no good for our environment and economy.

I tested this with a new game and no mods.

Lastly, I attached the aftermath of cut wheels just for one dish of GCS...
