You mean with alien females? Because only alien females can impregnate currently. But I believe it's possible to turn male pregnancy completely off. I mean that's what EA tried to do with the April patch update. I did read so many times everywhere that males did not get pregnant anymore. I think the original files have male pregnancy deactivated. I can check again, but I am almost certain.
Okay I edited the one line that would allow pregnancy through an alien female. And I deactivated it. I will upload the no male pregnancy mod in a few minutes! :)
