Male Sim Forehead/Face Skin Texture Glitch

Okay, so my male sims are getting this really distracting forehead glitch. This is only on my male sims, as seen in the screenshots, it's most noticeable when I'm in CAS and invading their personal space in game. I don't know what's causing it. I've done just about everything. I've double checked that the skintone uncompressed setting is enabled. I've removed all of my CC that could cause conflicts. Skin tones, face & body presets, eyes, hair, beards, skin overlays, glasses, hats, everything. The glitch is still there, and only on the male sims. I'm repairing it again just in case, but I want to avoid having to reinstall the game.

I've been trying to browse the forums to look for a solution. I did see one simmer from a thread back in 2017 who said they a high-end NVIDIA Graphics but a 1920x1080 monitor, and essentially was that could have been the issue? Obviously, I'm grasping at straws. I'm not sure what to do.
