Manage Worlds Glitch

When I go to manage worlds or world select, multiple worlds I don't own aren't greyed out and pop up in color as if I owned them. They also appear as duplicates, as you can see in the screenshots attached. I have multiple Sims 4 packs and mods as well. I recently downloaded the cottage living pack, and when I press on the world, none of the lots show up.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

I followed your instructions and and fixed the problem but a new problem came right after. I recently downloaded the cottage living pack and when I tried to play with it a game data missing error popped up advising me not to save my game.
