What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None (Base Game)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not quite sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to place a new family, whether its through manage worlds or a new save, I try to place the family, I get taken to the World Selection page, when I return to the world I placed them in, the sims are all deleted
What do you expect to see? I should be able to place the family, then click play, and just play the game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The bug no longer happened after I disabled Custom Content and Mods, However I want to know if there is any way I'm able to fix it while still keeping my CC and Mods.
