Managing Households: Pregnant Unplayed Sims Don't Look Pregnant in Thumbnails

I don't know if this is a unique experience or not, I'm someone who for the most part closely manages every sim when I'm not playing and I have the MCCC mod to help further NPC stories by marrying sims, and the ones who end up in hetero relationships, or base game/pack sims who are already married, end up having kids together based on the settings I've set for each household's Neighborhood Stories.

Usually when I do quick scroll-throughs of the households, I check for new changes in families like who has adopted, who aged up, who died, and who's pregnant so I can arrange their stories. Before I was able to notice when a sim became pregnant as they'd show one of the default pregnancy poses in the thumbnails of whichever household that would be. Now, for some reason, I can never tell when a sim in 'Other Households' is pregnant unless I either see them out in the world with a baby bump, or until they magically update their thumbnails with a newborn or three. Then I'm like "when were you pregnant?!" It's always either they're normal, or they just randomly pop up with babies according to the unplayed household thumbnails in the 'Other Household' tabs.

Is there as solution to this? Or do I just kinda have to sit with this?

Am I literally the only player who cares about this? Let's see.
