Just starting the game and my sim won’t walk. It’s showing footprint with exclamation point. Tried to move mods to desktop and deleting the one you’ve mentioned on the other faq but still receiving same issue. Please help!

Also when i tried to create new game, some buildings and houses from other maps is not showing. It just shows a photo of half rooster or horse I think.
the footprints show that something is blocking the path. The flying Llama means that something is missing. Please repair your game.
Hi. How come there’s something blocking when I try to do the “go here” outside, still having the same issue. She’s just outside from the very start and trying to “go here” anywhere outside without any objects or walls but the footprints with exclamation point still showing.
Hi @cjlondonio0896. Let's see if some game refreshing helps.
First, drag your The Sims 4 folder to your desktop (your game will make a new one, with no "history"), and then use Game Repair in the EA App to clear any glitches in the program itself.
When that's done, start Sims 4 and a new game to see if you still have the glitch. If you do, you might need to completely reinstall. If you don't, you can try putting your previous save files back in the new Saves folder and use "Load" to open your previous save. You'll need to redo your Options, as we'll have also cleared those.
