Married Sims won't woohoo

I have a few couples that I started off as married. They each have max relationship and friendship with their partner. When I click on their partner while playing the other, the Woohoo/Try for baby options are completely unavailable, they don't show up in the options menu at all. When I click on the bed each option shows up and I try make them do the action but it's like they cancel it themselves and continue on with what they were doing, even if I have them both in a Very Flirty mood. The only sim I've been able to make WooHoo is a single female in the base game world who's not in any kind of relationship.

I've tried switching out the bed multiple times, each bed from a different pack; made sure they can each get to the bed; I've hung curtains in the room; I have an aura stone turned on...

Each sim is woohoo compatible in interest and CAS. Each couple has had their first kiss together.

I play on PC.

  • HI @Darshy1993 If you use any mods or CC, please test without. Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem.

If it's not that, we can look for other possible causes.

@Darshy1993 Okay. Next, try a Game Repair, with a fresh folder. The Game Repair is done via the EA App or Origin. For the fresh folder, exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Then launch the repaired Sims 4. This will make new folders for you. While you're there, re-do your game options how you like them. Now copy your Saves and Tray files back into the new folders.

Games Library > right-click the game. The option to Repair should show there.
