MC Command Center Even Working?

I haven't play TS4 in a while but I have got MC Command Center and did some settings on it by making pregnancy/marriage run for young adults. But I do recall getting notifications of who got married, who is pregnant but I am not getting these anymore?

Also I couldn't find the "mark for marriage" "mark for pregnancy" option?

Give me some help please!

    These settings are for pregnancy, birth, marriage and break up notifications

    MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Other Pregnancy > Notification Settings > Show Birth Notification Details
    MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Other Pregnancy > Notification Settings > Show Birth Notifications
    MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Pet Pregnancy Settings > Show Pregnancy Notifications
    MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Other Pregnancy > Notification Settings > Show Pregnancy Notifications

    MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Other Marriage > Show Marriage Notifications
    MC Pregnancy > Breakup Settings > Show Relationship Changes

    You can mark sims by clicking on the sim, choosing MCCC option, then adding flags to the sim.

    Apologies, I see the story progession working but I do prefer having notifications if there is a way of enabling them?

    Still struggling to find mark for pregnancy, mark for marriage option
