MCCC Command Center not showing up

I have downloaded and installed the latest version of MCCC into my Sims 4 mod folder, but the option for the command center isn't showing up. What am I doing wrong? What version of MCCC should I have ...

yo fr i have the same problem i want to do a Saw inspired lets play where i need 16 sims and i cant find the mccc settings to expand my house hold i even installed the newest version but the section i have at the top is not 'mccc settings' it is 'modify household in cas'
