I know this was a while ago but I figured Id leave this here for anyone else looking for answers! This just happened to me a couple of minutes ago and I was able to save my progress and exit the game by pressing alt + F4 so it's not impossible to get out of 🙂 a little better that BSOD haha
thank you times a million. This happened to be when i forgot to save right after fully cc customizing a sim.
I am having a similar issue with MCCC installed.
My game and MacBook completely freezes, the game audio still plays in the background, but i have to press the power button to shut the laptop down and reboot it.
I barely use any other CC.
