MCCC issue?

Question

In one particular save, accessing CAS through MCCC results in a loss of the upper left name/traits menu. This just started and it's a fairly old save that hasn't had issues until this one. None of my other saves have this issue, but it is consistant with all sims in this one save. Accessing CAS through the game shows the menu.

My only CC is MCCC. I've reinstalled it and then repaired the game, but no effect. Also deleted mc_settings.cfg.

Sim_MRM​ Some questions, because MCCC's current version is not broken, and no old version causes this:

Do you have actually nothing in the folder except MCCC and the game's Resource.cfg file?
If you rename the Mods folder and delete the localthumbcache file, does the UI reappear?
If it doesn't reappear, is that still true in a new save?

I am also having the same issue but not just with opening cas with mcc, it only happens in some households
