MCCC kids getting adopted by other households!

Hello there!

i was wondering if anyone else was having this issue. I have MCCC installed, and the option for neglected kids to be adopted by others is turned OFF.
However, i have been getting notifications about kids in existing households getting adopted by others!

For example, i flagged the Goth household as ancestral, yet Cassandra's kid got adopted by another random family in one of the worlds! :( Anyone else had this? How can i prevent it?
