MCCC Make Sim Leave No Longer Working

The MCCC Make Sim Leave is no longer working since the update  (I have the latest updated version).  Can someone who is computer adept please contact Deaderpool regarding this.  I am not very experienced with Discord and could not figure out how to report it.  Thanks for your assistance.
