Medals disappeared

Hi, i was playing the sims 4 and i was preparing for my sim’s wedding, i did a little research before actually marrying my sim and discovered that i could gain medals, just like a date, but when i started the event, there wasn’t any tasks available, at first i thought it was a visual bug and the tasks were still functioning so i continued playing  but that was not the case and when i finished the event i didn’t receive any rewards. Can someone tell me if this a bug or if there are no more rewards from marriage events
