Menu buttons all stuck off screen..

Not really sure what to put in this other than an image. The buttons on the main screen are just stuck off screen on the top right of my screen (Image 1) .... I do play the game with plenty of mods and I've no clue what mod(s) could be causing this UI issue at all. The buttons return whenever I launch the game w/o mods (Image 2) but I'm really not a fan of playing w/o my mods. And nor am I really in the mood to spend hours going through my many, many mods trying to figure out which is causing the issue.. Anybody know anything about this?

Now after disabling all mods to check if the issue was the game itself, I re-enabled them and I'm currently stuck on the loading tip screen before the menu and the sims icon has disappeared (Image 3)
