Milestones not appearing in Sims 4 Growing Together for none of my sims

When my infants gets a milestone or any of my sims and I go to check the milestone progress the section for milestones is not there. The notification are there, but I can't view them. I have repaired...

@lalalauren102 Yes. If you are using mods, its very possible that they are.

Test without.
