Missing CAS items

I couldn't find a couple of items that were part of a free update. One is a necklace that looks like a collar and another is shoes with beaded heels. I've noticed it cause I can see that my Sim wears it but cannot find it in the items column. So if I remove the item I am unable to equip it again. I tried repairing the game, still the same. I'm attaching the pic of the necklace (first left) but I couldn't find the pic of the shoes. If any either items are missing I haven't noticed.

Hi @Volverse5,

That necklace is a career mode unlock for the Stylist career from Get Famous, so you may not see it available for every Sim, it will only be available once you've unlocked it through the career.

For the shoes, do you mean these?

@EA_Solaire yes those are the ones. I see I was thinking it's an update item. Thanks for clarifying!

Happy to help! Those shoes are also from the same Stylist career unlock, so just like the necklace, you won't see them available for every Sim unless you've unlocked them through that career path.
