Missing Celebrity Tile

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.48.91
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, get a sim a 5 star celebrity
What happens when the bug occurs? No celebrity tile in the sim's inventory
What do you expect to see? Celebrity tile in the inventory
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    Wasn't sure how it worked so I cheated up my own Sim to see if I get a tile which I didn't.

    I then went to the venue, where I had to option to place the tile. That made the tile appear in my inventory.

    Did you do this ?

    I tried this and still nothing. I cheated spawn a celebrity tile through the buy debug cheat but sadly doesnt have my sim's name or option to update it

    Moving this to tech issues for further troubleshooting and info for now. 

    Might move back to Bugs later.

    @SheaDavids

    That you cheated to get a tile in you inventory might have prevented the game from spawning the right one at the venue where you are supposed to place it.

    I did that after visiting the venue many times hoping for it to spawn in the sim's inventory
