Missing Chocolate Pie and other new recipes from Cottage Living

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When talking to Rahul Chopra, the Grocery Deliverer, click Offer Help With Errands. If you click the errand Taste For Adventure one of the tasks is: Give a chocolate Pie to the Grocery Deliverer. If you hover over it, it says to specifically make it with chocoberries.
What happens when the bug occurs? I go to make the pie (my cooking level is level 10) but it's not in the menu. All of the new recipes for cottage living are missing. I can't complete the errand.
What do you expect to see? Sims should be able to select and make chocolate pie from the list when gojng to the fridge and clicking cook.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So i have discovered it's my mods/CC after all causing the issue. I guess I must not have noticed the first time. I don't know why seeing as none of my mods/CC affect food at all...

@SimGuruRitzy It was a mod by Little Ms Sam More Servings Options that was causing the issue for me. It was the only food mod I had in my game, soon as I removed it the Chocolate Pie popped right up on my Cook menu

I don't know as I wasn't gonna go through them all I had too many on.

Every day, the garden and grocery shop sells random items that you can purchase. Additionally, other sims and errands might give you a cholate pie, which you will receive the recipe for once you consume it. Edit: I nearly forgot that some recipes require you to have the ingredients in your fridge or sim inventory in order to create them, and that you must unlock them.
