Missing Gui

I followed your instructions and I am still having a similar issue except this is a base lot and I used Babs L'amour as my sim to test and I got this. No mods, no cc, updated, uninstalled, reinstalle...

    It was, but I managed to fix it this afternoon. I ran another update, and repaired the game and everything is working fine.

So I had mods, but I deleted all of them, uninstalled the game, and then reinstalled it. I deleted previous saves since I just started them so it was a clean save and had this issue still. I even repaired the game, but I still have this issue.

    It was, but I managed to fix it this afternoon. I ran another update, and repaired the game and everything is working fine.
