Missing new Neighborhood Stories notification button in mailbox

@nickinbigd Hello!  Your images only show the notification wall.  Try checking the lot's mailbox outside. Once you select the mailbox and then select "Check Recent Neighborhood Stories" then you should get updates on the notification wall.

The "plus" button appears on the notification wall when you have scrolled down on the list and there are new notifications at the top of the list.
