Missing recipes for Cook Out scenario

I am currently trying to do the Cook out scenario on Sims 4, but neither the Fried Fish Plate nor the BBQ Ribs Plate on the Grill comes up as cooking options

I have maxed out my cooking skill, and Gourmet cooking is at 5.

I'm playing on PC - through Origin.  

It's supposed to be an easy scenario, but it is impossible if I literally don't have the option to make these recipes :/ 

Does anyone else have this issue?
