Missing Urn

HELP!

Long story short I accidentally killed one of my sims, while he was on a date at another lot and now I can’t find his urn/tombstone. When he died the game went back to playing as his sister at the house and a notification popped up saying go and pick up Caleb’s (the name of the dead sim) urn from Von Haunt Estates. When I go there, there’s no urn to be found and looking at where he died he wasn’t actually even on the lot yet. Just right out front. (I went into build mode and he’s not on the grid lines of the house-just the front driveway which is not in an editable area) so now I don’t know what to do. I want to bring him back to life because I JUST finished making him and his sister as well as their house and literally got to play as them for all of an hour before this happened. I even tried to just shut the game off and take my losses on what I’ve built/done today while playing but I had switched characters to see if the girl he was on a date with possibly picked up his urn and took it with her and I DIDN’T save when I switched households yet the game keeps starting me back over on her household as well as him being dead. 

I’m at a loss of what to do honestly. 🙃
