@luthienrising Deleting the file localthumbcache and double checking that I didn't have a duplicate copy of UI Cheats Extension somewhere (which I did) worked for me! :D Thank you, my sims is back to normal now

Awesome! Some time when you're feeling up to it, reorganizing that folder can help stop duplicates happening again 🙂
