does anyone know of a mod that changes/add more food for the highchair?

Bienchen has a replacement for toddler high chair foods, replaces current ones with healthier equivalents from other packs. Look up "healthyhighchair" on her website
Aside from that, some custom food creators include toddler foods, for example the one I'm using - Littlbowbub
There's also "nutri-baby" set by aroundthesims with a bunch of custom foods for toddlers.
