Moved your thread to the Mods forum for better troubleshooting. Hopefully someone here will be able to help you with your Mod issues or has experience of the Mod Manager. Or maybe you could explain in detail how the Mod Manager works and which folders you have to grant it access to? I shouldn't imagine any apart from the Mods folder?
