How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.375.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions (except High School), all game packs, half of the available stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select the different age spans in the settings and look at the age bar of a Sim and how it does not change.
What happens when the bug occurs? No matter if I select short, normal or long life span in the game play settings, the time frame for each life span stays the same (as seen in the age bar of a Sim)! I have always played on long life span and have never had this issue before...
What do you expect to see? Different amount of time frames for each (short, normal, long) life span.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This issue appeared after the 30th July update for High School Years. It was still NOT fixed after the patch update on 2nd of August!
The bug is explained above. I have seen other users report the exact same problem.

big load today so I've merged a few post in here. Maybe some have a different issue so I'm trying to clarify some things
I will go through this thread later today and split everything I've wrongly merged. The load is just too big currently and I'm trying my best.
