What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? cats & dogs, city living, high school years, discover university, get famous, cottage living, get to work, seasons, dine out, spa day, toddler stuff, laundry day stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? it just happens when i try to play in or visit copper dale
What happens when the bug occurs? the screen turns white the worlds button stops working you can only exit the game, open the gallery, or go to the main menu, and mange worlds is gone
What do you expect to see? a white screen with out the mange worlds option
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
when i got the new high school pack everything was working but i was not able to go to the new world of Copperdale without being greeted with a white screen and having to go all the way back to the main menu. I have tried all the other worlds from other packs that I have but it is only the new high school pack that's doing this
