[MOD RELATED] Can't access world map (White Screen)

No matter what I do; create a new save and want to move the family to Copperdale, move in a family from the gallery, travel with any sims through the phone, I cannot access Copperdale. The only thing...

hey guys any help on a white screen when trying to load the new world for growing together i removed all my mods and repaired the game i even repaired origin and its still giving me the white screen when trying to load the new world

    @sensationalmee Since this is usually a mod issue (TOOL), did you delete the localthumbcache file as well ?

      Thank you so much i had to turn off the game mods and take out my entire kids folder for it to work

    i have mods and cc. i updated tools witch i thought would be the problem. I can go into every world except the new one cause on the new one its just a white screen i dont know what to do

      @vesnis71 There's possibly other mods causing this. Does it work if you remove them all ?
