[MOD RELATED] Can't access world map (White Screen)

No matter what I do; create a new save and want to move the family to Copperdale, move in a family from the gallery, travel with any sims through the phone, I cannot access Copperdale. The only thing...

When I load Sims 4 through Origin it opens but won't let me play. It says select a residential worlds but there are no worlds available. I am playing on Mac.
