@r41nb0wbr1t3 So, other lots are fine? During early access (which was an earlier build, not final version), there was definitely lag in Build mode once there were lots of units allocated. I found it worked better to do all my buildingand decorating as "Residential" and then switch to the new lot type and assign units last. (This was a 12-unit build) If you can replicate that level of lag with not mods on a unit that isn't using the cheat to add more than six units to a lot, it might a candidate for Bug Reports, or at least for Feedback.
That’s not my problem. My build was pre “for rent”. It was built with no cheats except move objects and with no mods installed. I built it and furnished decorated etc and it is all under plain residential. there is a lot of items on there but I had no issues building/playing or going in and out of it. Since downloading for rent it now crashes everything. I don’t even have to select rental for it to crash. I can go into it, click on one or 2 things and it crashes, try to exit and it crashes. Try to load it in another lot, it crashes.

@r41nb0wbr1t3 Have you tested without your Mods folder after deleting localthumbcache? (Sorry, lots of people today, and I've lost track.)

@r41nb0wbr1t3 Apologies if you've done this already -- it's very busy here and I can't recall all the details -- but have you done a clean Sims 4 folder and game repair?
