[MOD RELATED] Cas X is gone and cant remove item

Hi everyone, so I've been playing sims 4 for a long time and I always look forward to updated. However, on the latest update, January 31, I suddenly stumbled upon sometimes quite annoying and it seems to be just on my CAS screen after digging around the internet. I was hoping to see if someone could help me out with this issue or if it IS an update and I'm just not using the CAS right. I will be showing a photo of what I am referring to. Also, in order to remove, for example just the rings from my sim, I have to use the X button on the accessories category because I cannot remove individual items/accessories no matter how I try. Please help or refer me to someone that can assist me. It makes the CAS part of my gameplay really annoying.

    @gotbunshunn Okay so I decided to hover over the box and apparently the x is still there but it's invisible. Like I went to the top right corner and I was able to remove the items. I'm still not sure what is going on but at least I can remove items without removing everything.

    I’m having the same issue, so I removed my game mods and it went away. I’m going to try to test which mod it is but are you able to tell me why game mods you have installed currently?

    I found the issue, for me at least but let me know if this works! 

    You need to update the “CAS more columns mod” for the newest version of the game!

    I came on to see if I could find a different error and was also having this issue. I am glad I found this reply and this post! I removed the columns mod and it fixed it. I can't see all my mods now because, well, I'm addicted.... but that's neither here nor there.
