Error code below appears when trying to play SIM4 please can you help? What’s going on? How can we play again? Playing on a PC.

  Same and I have tried 3 times to talk to the helpless desk. Each time they give me the run around and it's still not fixed. If you get it fixed i would like to know how. TIA
