I pre-ordered the new Sims Rent Expansion Pack and that is the only world that won't load???

World or the entire pack? Any error messages? What is in the orange button below the pack in your Origin games library? It should say Install or Details or Download.

The world isn’t loading. Just a white screen. The items are available in build mode though
