[MOD RELATED] Icons are blank squares/ UI Glitching

As you can see the timer at the bottom is invisible and the other icons at the bottom, this has just happened today so I'm not sure what it could be. Any help would be great 🙂 thanks! https://img...

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.91
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base game only.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open a multi-sim house. Switch between sims a couple times. The bug will likely appear, and if you are lucky it will go away upon a restart of the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? First, the tasks bit of the sims bar(?) vanishes completely for only one sim, and their moodlets will be the same as the previous sim. After reloading to a different area or entering and exiting CAS, the sim image and moodlets are completely gone.
What do you expect to see? I would expect that the sim moodlets and images would show up regardless. They are a somewhat big part of the game, after all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

i do not know what is causing this, but ive tried everything to fix it. i cannot switch sims in multi-sim households, and all sims appear blank in the corner with no moodlets loading in at all. i have repaired the game, closed it with task manager, and restarted my computer.

if it helps, this occurred after switching from toddler (aged up in this image because i wanted to see if it was a toddler glitch) to parent, and now will not go away no matter what i try. things were working completely fine before the sim began glitching out due to trying to take care of her child and talk to her boyfriend at the same time.

im on the most recent update (which i believe is 1.91 or something similar? correct me if i am wrong)

this also happened to my partner, but their game fixed itself of the glitch after being closed with task manager once. mine has persisted with the glitch and there is nothing i can really do

i do have mods & CC installed, but they are all the same mods my partner has, and as stated before my partner is no longer experiencing the glitch.

this glitch is really upsetting to me, because i love playing the sims and this makes the game literally unplayable ☹️

@JuqiterBlue I merged your post with the main thread. I'm guessing your partner probably updated their UI mods while you did not.

Make sure you only use the mods that fit your patch level.

    all of my mods have been completely updated, actually. me and my partner have the exact same mods and they are all up to date because we updated them all yesterday.

      @JuqiterBlue Then try removing them all and see if it works without them. Make sure to delete the localthumbcache file as well.

        i removed all mods and tested without them in a new save, and then updated the ones that managed to slip through the cracks and not get updated at all and slowly went through them to make sure none of them were causing it. none of them caused the glitch to occur in the new save.

        however, on the save showed in my screenshot, the issue is persisting—and it does not occur on new saves. so i think i might've corrupted that save accidentally by saving over a clean version or something, which is really disappointing.

        im gonna try starting a completely new save to see if it happens again, and if it does im pretty sure i know which mods are the culprits now (even though they're updated to the current version)

        my partner is also telling me to ask if it's possible to uncorrupt a save file, but i don't know if it's possible or not. (im assuming their save file isn't having this persistent issue because they didn't save over—their game had instead completely frozen.)
