[MOD RELATED] No rental lot types available in non-destination worlds

I was having the same issue, but finally worked out it was an obsolete mod (still trying to figure out which one, I have too many mods!). I reset my Sims 4 folder (delete your Sims 4 folder from C:\Users\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4) and started a new game to regenerate the Sims 4 folder, and started adding back in all my previous saves and painstakingly bit by bit my mods.
