I am getting this same exception as pxclamationmark, but for me it was not a Basemental mod (I don't use any by them). Like you all said, removing and updating the mod doesn't matter as it seems I have a corrupted sim on each lot and it's very random. MCCC shows the exception below for different sims each time.
My exception says:
Last Module Called: sim_knowledge.py
Last Function Called: remove_known_trait
Error message: [manus] relationship_service failed to handle on_all_households_and_sim_infos_loaded due to exception (AttributeError: 'UnidirectionalRelationshipData' object has no attribute 'sim_id'), CategoryID: sim_knowledge:57
I did get the one saying "remove trait" and I removed all of the traits off the sim listed in the MCCC exception file, but still getting the exception. I can edit lots now though. The first time I got the error (didn't save error code) I had to move a family off their original lot and no problem with them since. Constantly getting an exception is just annoying and I am afraid of what will happen to my save. I have a large family in this one and have been playing this save for 4 years.

Happy Toddler trait is listed.
I wanted to add, the 2 sims listed in the exception didn't have toddlers in their household nor have they been toddlers. I created them as young adults in CAS.
- crinrict4 years agoHero+@HazelMineSims Hm, sounds like the one I saw on other saves. I haven't really found a solution other than reverting to a prior save

Thanks for your help. SInce I'm not sure when it started, I am moving all my sims to a new save for now. Hopefully, a solution will be found. The last time my sims corrupted it was another toddler trait. I can't remember which one but I know it was fixed in a patch.
