ive talked to online live chat support and gave them feedback and my error code, they say its base game, so my problem is that i cant load my households without the error code saying to restart the game, which ive done twice already, when can a fix for this glitch/error be expected to be fixed? i want to be able to play university soon.

Could you tell me what error code you're getting in detail ? Are you using mods/CC in your game ?

  @crinricterror code 102:e0boddcd:cad16618 and no, i dont use mods/cc, it says to restart or repair the game, which i have done twice previously to this.
