What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All the expansions, Realm of Magic, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Dine Out, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Vintage Glamour, Kids Room, Movie Hangout, Perfect Patio.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, I just noticed it happened.
What happens when the bug occurs? The household image is just blue, I can't see them in the family tree, and when I go to manage households they don't even appear, and the household is not playable.
What do you expect to see? To see the household in their house/apartment and to see them in the family tree and be able to play them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I believe origin updated right before I opened the game.
I'm not totally for sure if origin updated, and I was playing the game last night and they were totally playable. I have even recovered past saves from when I played the household last and the same thing still occurred.
