What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? i have no packs but i do have mods
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? N/A
What happens when the bug occurs? i try to go onto my sims and it flashes up with a message saying: the game failed to load. Error code: 102:4809cdd1:aed10e51. it is recommened that you relaunch the game however when i relaunch the game it still comes up with this same message
