[MOD RELATED] Sims error code 102/122:4809cdd1

hi, i keep getting this error when i try to load my sims game 102:4809cdd1-aed10e51 it tells me to restart my game but ive tried that and restarting my pc, i do have mods installed though Edit...

Hey @chiak1 have you tried removing all your mods and then trying to launch the game again to see what happens?

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Update 07/18/2023
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & dogs. Holiday cerebration pack. City living. Get famous. Seasons. Parenthood. Discover University. My first pet stuff. Tiny living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly I have no clue i just try to load my Save or start a new one and it happens when i go to move them onto a lot
What happens when the bug occurs? I tells me a error code and to relaunch the game. i do so nothing happens and the thing repeats. happens whenever i go to load a Save/Household Or make a new one.
What do you expect to see? The issue gets resolved. i just wanna play sims
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@1luv2teach Error code 102 is often caused by outdated Mods. So move your mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package in your user folder and test the game if it works.
