Initially when I try to start the game, I get the error saying "unable to start" can't run the sims 4 with the video card in this system. please check that the video card meets the minimum specs" etc...It's a brand new Alienware laptop...checked all updates everything is good, repair the game. Just like all of the google results say.
Open the game. Try to load my save get error "The game failed to load. Error code 102:4809cdd1:76857594. It is recommended that you relaunch the game" Could relaunch 10 times still same issue. Start new game loads in but get error about mods not being enabled. Enable mod and relaunch...get the video card error again and round and round it'll go.
Please help I have no idea what to do at this point.
