[MOD RELATED] Sims goes into labor then no baby

my sims go into labor get notiforcation saying shes having baby then get no baby doesnt matter weather i send her hospital to have baby or at home please help think i have removed all mods to do with...

My sim was pregnant and gave birth. Her belly went back to normal and the pregnancy moodlet disappeared...but no baby? Has anyone else had this problem?

    Thank you so much! I removed all my mods now my game is working again its taken me forever to sort this my sim had triplets! Thank you so so much! :DD
