[Mod related] Unable to Start [de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:00000000]

Please help me! I am pulling my hair out!!!!  When I re-add CC on my Sims 4 game it pops up with this!? "Unable to start: Cannot start because game data is missing or damaged. If you have Mods...

    The whole process deleted game, saves, mods, the mod folder would not delete even though nothing showed in it. I moved the mod folder to the desktop and that did the trick. There were files in that folder that were hidden.
