Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure how to replicate - I open the game, loaded into a new save and it ended up like this.
What happens when the bug occurs? No text from the Werewolves pack appears, at all, anywhere in the game. Even werewolf sims are missing names.
What do you expect to see? Text in all speech bubbles, interaction menus, buildbuy item names and descriptions, and werewolf sim names.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. after patch 1.89 and installing the Werewolf pack.
I'm having precisely the same issue - none of the text of the new pack was appears to have downloaded successfully. This even includes itemname descriptions and etc - every new buildbuy item in the pack only shows up as labeled **DEBUG** even though they're not in the debug menu.
