[MOD REQUEST] Inheritance in sims 4

Not really a mod issue, but anyone know if there is some inheritance mod, where your sims can inherit money and the house of parents when they die? My sim work so hard to buy her house and when she die, her kids will not have it, and i think it will be a plus with the new expansion for rent, kids could inherit parents house and rent it for example.

@NeverSeemsToEnd Nobody's tied the new For Rent ownership system into an inheritance mod yet. I suspect that anyone considering it is waiting for other For Rent ownership and lot-type change issues to be resolved, as both lot ownership and the lot type would have to be changed. It may not even be possible to do.
